Neriak
Home of the Dark Elves

This city is so huge and complex that I couldn't do it justice without shooting a hundred screenshots. But here's a peek.

The Sisters are stationed above the gate into the city. After a hard day of trying to hurl Norrath into darkness, the evil folks kick back at the Smuggler's Inn to unwind.
The Dark Elves have dedicated a wing of the Foreign Quarter to their allies (or puppets, if none of the allies are around to hear the conversation), the Ogres and Trolls. Ogre marketing at it's best.
The "allies" have their own arena for training, entertainment and settling disputes. The entrance to the Neriak Warrior's Guild Hall in the Commons. The Commons is the second of three main sections that make up Neriak.
The entrance to the innermost part of the city: The Third Gate. The Rogue's Guild. Rogues are thieves and assassins who live by stealth.
Walkways in the Third Gate. Just guessing from the trough of blood, this doctor's table is the last place you want to end up.
